We understand that plans change, and we value the time of every patient we serve. Giving advance notice if you will miss your appointment allows us to book someone on our waiting list who can then receive the care they need.
To support fair scheduling, new and current patients keep a credit card on file through a secure, encrypted system.
If we do not receive at least 24 hours’ notice for any adjustments or cancellations, the following cancellation terms apply:
- At least 24 hours’ notice: no charge
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the reserved service price
- No-show: 100% of the reserved service price
- Series or membership no-show: the missed service benefit is deducted
- Botox or injectable filler no-show: $100 fee
- CoolSculpting or Ultherapy booking: $500 deposit will not be refunded or applied to subsequent treatments
